Lodges Have Names

Msasa Lodge No. 6802 E.C.: meets in Harare, Zimbabwe and takes its name from one of the most widespread trees which occurs  from Kenya southwards to Angola, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Malawi and Moçambique.
Flame Lily Lodge No.8540 E.C.: meets in Johannesburg and was formed by Brethren who had left Rhodesia and who had emigrated to South Africa.  The name is taken from that of the National Flower of Rhodesia.
Lodge Kariba No. 1558 S.C.: meets in  Kariba, the small township and holiday resort which stands on the south bank of  Kariba Dam, Zimbabwe.
St. Paul’s Lodge: there are six lodges of this name in the English Constitution, the oldest of which is No. 43 is in Birmingham, Province of Warwickshire.
Granite Lodge:  two lodges with this name, one in London the other, No. 2028, in the Province of Leicestershire & Rutland Now meets in Leicester but originally met at the Narborough Hotel in Narborough Village.  Granite was quarried at nearby Croft.
Roan Antelope No. 5278:  meets in Luanshya in the District of Zambia.  The stamp depicts one of the most attractive of the antelopes that roam the plains and scrublands of Africa.
